A tender line does not leave the brand, the grade or the size to a phone call. It is written down before the order is placed, sometimes down to the standard number, and what a department, a contractor or a site engineer needs from a supplier is material that matches that line exactly and paper that proves it. The kind of order a tender line becomes
A department, a contractor executing a government tender, or a site engineer assembling a quality file for a bigger job orders against a line that already names the size, the grade and sometimes the make. The order usually runs larger than a house buyer's, and it is checked against paper before a bill is passed, not only against what is standing on the vehicle.
Reinforcement is where the documentation below matters most, because IS 1786 is the standard the law names. A project rarely stops there: channel, joist and plate go into gates, sheds and site framing under the same tender line, and cement closes the slab and the foundation work it describes.

The papers that travel with a tender order
A tender order can ask for up to six papers: the mill test certificate, the ISI mark, a GST invoice, a weighbridge slip, a challan, and the brand and grade set down in writing. Which of the six actually applies turns on the size: the certificate and the mark bind only from 8 mm upward, a size rule the 2024 quality control order sets, while the remaining four travel on every size because a bill, a weight and a moving vehicle need them regardless of what that Order says.

How a project order gets booked here
Read the line item to the counter exactly as the tender or the purchase order writes it, the size, the grade and the make where one is named, and stock is checked against it on the call. Where an order is split across more than one vehicle, say so before it is booked, because a test certificate belongs to one consignment and a split load needs one certificate per trip.

Sirf government tender ke liye milega ya private project ke liye bhi?
Both. A private contractor, a builder working a project site, and a department on a tender all order against the same rack, and the six papers behave the same way whichever kind of buyer is asking.
Ek hi order me sariya, structural steel aur cement mil jayega?
Yes, one call covers all three, and one vehicle carries what the site needs together where the load allows it. Each material still keeps its own paperwork, so a plate and a bundle of TMT bar on the same truck do not share one challan.
Order do gaadiyon me baate to kagaz bhi do milenge?
Yes. A test certificate belongs to one consignment, so a load split across two vehicles carries two certificates, one matched to each. Say at booking that the order is going in more than one trip and the paperwork is arranged for both.
Chhote size ke order me MTC zaroori nahi, to kam kagaz chalega?
Below 8 mm the mark and the certificate are not the law's own word, so a smaller bundle can travel on the GST invoice and the challan alone unless the tender's own form asks for more. Say the size on the call and we will say exactly which of the six papers that order needs.
