Ordering and delivery
How Ordering & Delivery Works
One call settles the material, the rate and the vehicle, in that order.
Ordering from Jay Shree Infra is a phone call to +91 6202 967 218. That call does three things at once: it tells you whether the material is standing in the godown this morning, what it costs today, and which vehicle brings it to your site. The same number takes WhatsApp. There is no email address and no form to fill in, because this shop runs on the phone and on the counter.
Everything behind that number sits at one address on Meera Talkies Road in Saharsa. The counter, the office and the yard our vehicles load from are the same premises, so whoever answers is standing where the stock is. Sariya, cement, chadra or a bundle of patti: it is the same call and the same vehicles for all of it.
From the call to the load
The call runs in this order, right through to loading.
- 1Ring the shopThe number is +91 6202 967 218, on a call or on WhatsApp. It rings at the counter, so the question goes straight to where the stock is.
- 2Say what it is, how much, and whereThe material with its size, grade or thickness, how much of it you want, and the village or mohalla the load has to reach. On tender and project work, add the make that the tender names.
- 3Stock and today's rate come back on the same callYou hear what is actually standing against what you asked for, and the rate for that day, straight from the counter, not off a list. If the size you want is short, you hear that too, on the same call.
- 4Which vehicle goes out is settledWhich of the three vehicles your load needs is settled before the call ends. If your order needs an advance, or the bill has to carry something particular, that gets settled in the same conversation.
- 5The load leaves from the shop's own yardOur own tempo, tractor or truck is loaded at the shop and run out to your block. Freight is charged at market rates for the route.
The vehicles, and how far they go
Which one goes out turns on what the load weighs and what the last stretch of road to your site will take. A tempo, a tractor and a truck, all three on the shop's own books. Say where it is going and you will be told which one we are sending.
The reach is thirty four blocks: ten in Saharsa, thirteen in Madhepura and eleven in Supaul, which is every block of all three districts. Freight is charged at market rates for the route and quoted on the same call as the material, so both figures are in front of you before anything is loaded.
If a load is feasible we send it, and one order can carry more than one material: sariya, cement, and the tar and cover blocks that go into the same cage travel together where the load allows. Which names come through the godown is set out on the brands page.
More to settle on the call
Ask about the advance an order needs, and whether you can run an account if you buy from us every month. Ask how many hours your village is out, and whether someone rings before the vehicle turns up. Tell us who will be at your end to help unload, and how you want the bill made out for the job.
Munna Jee settles each of these on the call itself, because the answer changes with the job, the route and the season. Ask before the vehicle loads, not after.
Coming in instead of calling
Counter hours are All 7 days, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, at one address on Meera Talkies Road in Saharsa, and the shop, the office and the loading point are all of it, so there is nothing to fetch from a second godown across town. An order is taken there as readily as it is on the phone.
A call before you set out is still worth making. It tells you whether the size you want is standing this morning, and if it is not, that is a shorter conversation than the trip.
Common questions
Before the first order goes in
Delivery kis gaadi se aayegi, ye kaun tay karta hai?
We do, and we say so on the call. The shop runs its own tempo, tractor and truck, and the choice turns on what the load weighs and what the road to your site allows. Give us the village and what you are ordering and you will hear which one is coming.
Bhada rate me juda rehta hai ya alag lagta hai?
Freight is charged separately, at market rates for the route. It is quoted on the same call as the material, so you hear both figures before the order is fixed. Both move with the route and the season, so we quote them fresh each time.
Advance aur payment ka kya niyam hai?
Advance and payment terms are settled on the call, and so is running an account if you buy from us every month. Ring +91 6202 967 218 and ask for Munna Jee.
Chhota sa order bhi bhej dete hain?
If the load is feasible we send it. Which vehicle it goes on turns on what it weighs and what the road to your site will take. Freight is charged at the market rate for that route either way, so it is worth asking on the call before you split an order in two.
Saman khud le jaana ho to kya karein?
Come to the counter on Meera Talkies Road in Saharsa, where the shop, the office and the loading point are one address. Call +91 6202 967 218 first with the size and how much you want, so you know it is standing before you set out.
Contact
Have the village and the size ready when you ring
Those two do most of the work on this call. The size says whether it is standing this morning, the village says which vehicle it goes out on, and everything else follows from that pair.
