Jay Shree Infra is an UltraTech dealer in Saharsa and supplies UltraTech cement across Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura. The maker is UltraTech Cement Limited. Shop, office and loading point are one address on Meera Talkies Road, so a cement order and everything else on the bill leave together.
Cement gets bought stage by stage and the stack turns with the last truck in, so which UltraTech bag is on the floor belongs to the morning you ask it. The ordinary sack has a page to itself at UltraTech Plain, and every cement brand we stack sits together on the cement page.
What we hold
Plain, Premium, Weather Plus: three UltraTech bags
All three are cement in a sack. Which one your pour wants is the drawing's call, or the mistri's; what each one is, in a line each, is below.
- UltraTech PlainThe ordinary sack, and the one most house jobs around here run on. It is OPC or PPC depending on the bag, and the cement type is printed on the pack, so read it off the sack you already have at site and ask for the same.
- UltraTech PremiumA blend made with slag and reactive silica, sold under UltraTech's own name. UltraTech lists it for masonry and plaster, for slabs, columns, beams and roofing, and for heavy pours like foundations and roads. Where the drawing calls for it by name, ask for it by name.
- UltraTech Weather PlusThe water repellent one. UltraTech makes it for building the whole structure where damp and seepage are the worry, not just the roof. Not every bag stands on the floor every day; call and we confirm what is standing before a bori is promised.
Cement is the whole of UltraTech at this counter. Sariya, pipe and chadra carry other names into this godown and leave on the same vehicle as the bori.
Two Birla names
UltraTech and MP Birla are two companies
Read the lit panel strip over this shop from one end to the other and both names are up there, UltraTech near the middle and MP Birla Cement at the far end, with ACC and Nuvoco between them. That strip is in the picture on our gallery page. UltraTech Cement Limited makes the first and Birla Corporation Limited makes the second.
So they are two makers, two sets of bags and two things to ask for by name. Where an approved list or a drawing carries one of the two, read the words out as they are written and that is what we will load.
The other half of the pour
Sariya and tar for the same slab
A pour is cement and sariya together, and only one half of it comes in under UltraTech. Sariya is sold per piece and by weight both, and which one applies depends on the grade and on how that line is being sold the day you ring. Ask it on the same call. The arithmetic behind either basis is written out on the sariya weight chart. Cover blocks and binding wire come off the hardware rack under names of their own.
What settles the order
Three things decide a UltraTech order
Which of the three bags you want, how many bori, and what is printed on the pack you or your mistri already have at the site. Those are the questions that get asked back on the phone, in that order. The bag is bought and billed in our name, and the vehicle that puts the bori down at your site belongs to this shop.

Questions
UltraTech ke sawal
UltraTech ke naam ke aage authorized likhte hain aap?
UltraTech sacks arrive on this shop's buying and go out on this shop's bill, which is all that dealer and stockist mean. The question worth asking on the call is which UltraTech bag is standing that morning and what is printed on it.
Weather Plus ka bag aap rakhte hain?
Yes, Weather Plus is one of the three UltraTech bags we keep, but the floor turns with every truck, so ask what is standing on the morning you need it. If it is not in that day, say what the job is and we will tell you when it comes or which of the other two fits.
Teen me se kaun sa UltraTech bag lena chahiye?
The drawing decides, and where there is no drawing the mistri does. For ordinary house work most buyers here take the Plain sack. Where the engineer has written Premium or Weather Plus, take what is written, and where damp is the worry, Weather Plus is the one UltraTech makes for it. Bring the drawing to the call, or say what the pour is.
UltraTech aur MP Birla ek hi company ka cement hai?
No. UltraTech Cement Limited makes one and Birla Corporation Limited makes the other, so the two bags come off two companies. Both names are painted on the strip over this shop and both are on our rack, so the thing to get right is which of the two you are asking for. Read us the name as it is written on your drawing or your approved list.
Supaul ya Madhepura ke gaon tak bori pahuncha dete hain?
Yes. Our own vehicles run to every one of the 34 blocks across the three districts, and the last stretch of road picks which vehicle goes: a tempo up a narrow lane, a tractor off the metalled road, a truck where a truck can turn. Carriage is at the market rate. Say the village and say who will be standing there to take the bori off, because cement wants hands the minute it lands. Name the sariya and the tar for the same pour and one trip covers all of it.

Say which UltraTech bag before the bori are counted
Tell us which of the three your drawing or your mistri asked for, how many bori, and the village. If nobody is sure which one has been going into the job so far, read us what the sack itself says under the brand name, and we will match it.
