Jay Shree Infra is an ACC cement dealer in Saharsa and delivers ACC across Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura. ACC is the brand and ACC Limited is the company behind it. We keep three ACC bags, ACC Plain, ACC F2R and ACC Gold, and all three are bagged cement. They load at one premises on Meera Talkies Road and leave in our own vehicles, by the bori and by the tonne.

Which of the three is standing on a given morning follows the last truck in, so call with the bag name and the count and we tell you what is on the floor. Every cement name we hold sits together on the cement page.

Reading the sack

One brand name, three sacks

Superfast and Water Shield are ACC's own words, printed on the sack, and they are the two that fall off a slip of paper on the way to the counter. What is left is the brand name, and a brand name cannot tell a foundation bag from a premium one. So say Plain, F2R or Gold with the count, every time.

Below the brand line the sack carries what governs the pour: the cement type, the Indian standard the bag conforms to and the date it was made. Read those out to us and we hold them against the drawing you have been given, and look at the date again on the sack when the vehicle arrives.

Outside the shop

The ACC panel on our own board

ACC is one of six cement names this shop stacks, and one of the names lit on the board across our front. The night photograph of that strip is on the gallery, with the ACC panel sitting between UltraTech and Nuvoco, and another board carrying UltraTech and ACC hangs on the far wall inside the showroom. The board tells you we deal in the name; what came off the last truck is a phone call.

Both sit on ACC's own domain: the product portfolio that carries F2R Superfast and Gold Water Shield, and the company that makes the cement.

Questions

ACC ke sawal

Aapke yahan ACC ki kaun kaun si bori aati hai?

Three: ACC Plain, ACC F2R and ACC Gold, all bagged cement. Which of them is on the floor this morning depends on the last load in, so ring +91 6202 967 218 with the bag name and the count and you will have that answered on the call.

ACC Plain naam ki bori ACC khud banati hai?

Plain is the counter's word for the everyday ACC bag, the one for masonry, plaster and general RCC; it is not a name off ACC's own list. The marking on the sack decides which bag loads, and it is read out before the vehicle moves.

F2R, FRR aur F2F, teeno me sahi kaun sa hai?

ACC publishes it as ACC F2R Superfast, so that is the one to write on the order. FRR and F2F are the same foundation bag with the letters slipped on the way to the counter. Spell them on the phone, and check them again on the sack in the yard.

ACC ka authorized dealer hone ka kagaz aapke paas hai?

Dealer, supplier and stockist are the words that fit this counter, and ACC is bought in on our own account. The bill goes out under our name and the sacks ride on our own vehicles, with carriage at the market rate for your route. Which ACC cement you are getting is decided by the words printed on the sack, not by a certificate.

Spell the letters on the sack when you ring

Say Plain, F2R or Gold with the bori count, the delivery block and the day of the pour. If a bag is in front of you, read out the words printed under the ACC name and we load from those. Delivery runs on our own vehicles to all 34 blocks of the three districts, and sariya for the same pour rides the same trip.
