Common questions
FAQ
What Jay Shree Infra is as a building material supplier in Saharsa: what the shop keeps, how far it goes, and how to reach it. The questions that belong to the whole shop, not to any one material.
A question about one size or grade sits on that material's own page: what a sariya weighs is in the guides, which cement suits a dhalai is on the cement page, and which names come through the godown is on the brands page.
How to reach the shop, and the address written out, is on the contact page. What happens between the call and the unloading is on the how to order page. The shop's own story is on the about page, and what every picture actually is comes from the credits page.
What the shop is
Aapke yahan kaun kaun si cheezein milti hain?
Eight kinds of building material: TMT bars (sariya), cement, structural steel, steel sheets, MS and GI pipes, rolling shutter material, roofing and shed material, and the hardware that goes with all of them. Between them they cover what a house, a shop front, a grill, a shed and a godown are built out of. Which brand and which size is standing on a given morning is a phone call, because that changes with the week.
Kya aap khud maal banate hain?
No. Jay Shree Infra is a dealer and a stockist, so everything on the rack comes from the mill or the brand behind it, and nothing is made here. What we bring instead is the trade's own judgement: which brand suits which job, and what to check on a bundle before it comes off the vehicle.
Thok me hi bechte hain ya retail bhi?
Both, off the same rack. The shop bills as a dealer, a supplier, a stockist and a wholesaler, and all four words describe one counter on one road. There is no minimum order and no maximum: what a load needs is a vehicle, and which vehicle is picked on the call. A truck of sariya and a few kilos of tar are the same shop's work.
Ghar ka pura saman ek hi jagah se le sakte hain?
For the eight categories we stock, yes: sariya and cement, angle and patti, pipe, chadra, shutter material, and the tar and cover blocks that go with them, all off one rack and on one bill. If your list has something on it outside those eight, read the whole list out on the call anyway. You will hear what we can load and what we cannot, before anything is ordered.
Stock, and how far it goes
Site par jo size likhe hain, wo sab stock me rehte hain?
No, and we do not claim they are. The sizes listed are what each product comes in, per the manufacturer's own specification and the Indian Standard where one applies, not a stock list. Not every size is in every brand on a given day, and what is standing changes with the week and with what has just gone out on a load. That is why every enquiry ends on a call: stock is a thing somebody has to walk over and look at.
Saharsa ke alawa kaun kaun se zile me maal jaata hai?
Supaul and Madhepura, alongside Saharsa itself. That is thirty four blocks between the three, ten in Saharsa, thirteen in Madhepura and eleven in Supaul, and delivery is confirmed to every one of them. The vehicles are the shop's own, a tempo through to a truck, so a load waits on nobody else's gaadi. Freight goes at market rates and is quoted on the same call as the material.
In teen zilon se bahar bhi bhej sakte hain?
Ask, because the honest answer depends on the load. Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura are the three districts we deliver to as standard. Beyond them, whether a load can go turns on the road, the vehicle it needs and how much of it there is. That gets settled on the call, one way or the other, before anything is loaded.
Reaching us
Email ya online form se sampark ho sakta hai?
No. There is no email address and no contact form. Jay Shree Infra runs on the phone: +91 6202 967 218 takes calls and WhatsApp both, and the second number in the footer takes calls only. If something needs to be in writing, send it on WhatsApp, where it reaches the same counter and can be read back word for word.
WhatsApp par rate pooch sakte hain?
Yes, on +91 6202 967 218. The WhatsApp button opens a message that already asks for today's rate and stock, so you only add the size and the quantity. Writing is worth it when a grade or a brand name has to be read back exactly. What a message cannot do is hold a rate: yesterday's figure has stopped being today's, whichever way it was sent.
Phone karne se pehle kya kya taiyaar rakhein?
Four things to have ready: what the material is, the size or grade exactly as the drawing or the mistri's slip writes it, how much of it, and the village it has to reach. Without the size nothing else can be answered, because the weight and the rate both hang off it. If material is already at the site, read the tag or the embossing off it aloud instead of describing it. If a structural drawing exists, keep it open while you talk.
Bina order kiye dukan par dekhne aa sakte hain?
Yes. The shop, the office and the godown are one premises on Meera Talkies Road in Saharsa, so the rack, the bill and the loading ground are in the same place and all of it can be looked at before anything is booked. Come inside shop hours, which are All 7 days, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Ask for Munna Jee: that is Ajay Kumar Bageria, the owner.
Hindi me padhna ho to kya karein?
Tap the language link in the header of any page and it opens the same page in Hindi, in Devanagari. It works over a weak signal because it is an ordinary link with no script to load. Sizes, grades, brand names and the phone number read identically in both languages.

Your own load is the one question left
The answers above are the same for whoever asks. Your size, your count and your village are not, and that part has only ever been settled out loud.
