Coolshield is the insulated build inside Tata Durashine's roofing sheet line, not a brand of its own. A zinc-aluminium coated steel sheet sits on top, a foam core about 5 mm thick sits under it, and a foil layer gives the underside a smooth, finished face. Tata cuts the steel in four painted thicknesses, 0.37 mm, 0.47 mm, 0.52 mm and 0.62 mm, and in lengths running from 8 ft up to 24 ft. Jay Shree Infra brings it into Saharsa under the Tata Durashine name, onto factory, warehouse and workshop roofs across Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura where the heat off a plain steel roof is the actual complaint.

The four steel thicknesses Coolshield ships in, 0.37 mm, 0.47 mm, 0.52 mm and 0.62 mm, and the 8 to 24 ft length range, are the ordinary Durashine numbers with the insulation layer added underneath. Tata does not publish a separate cover width or overall width figure against the Coolshield build by name, so bring the roof span to the call and we confirm the exact profile against it.
This build is stocked under Tata Durashine only, and a phone call is what settles which thickness and length are actually on the rack before a roof gets measured against them.
Kis kaam me lagta hai
Factory and warehouse roofs, workshops and agricultural sheds, and any roof where the heat coming off a plain steel sheet is the actual problem being solved. Shed fabricators, warehouse and godown contractors, PACS projects and tender fabricators are the buyers who ask for it by name; an individual putting up one shed usually asks for it once the plain sheet has already disappointed them.
