Nuvoco Concreto Uno is the water repellent sack in Nuvoco's Concreto family, and Nuvoco publishes it for two states, Bihar and Jharkhand. Saharsa is inside one of them. Jay Shree Infra deals in it at the Saharsa godown, by the bori and by the tonne, for Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura.

Two states on Nuvoco's list, and one of them is ours
Nuvoco publishes Concreto Uno for Bihar and Jharkhand. Its list for the Concreto bag runs to four, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. Saharsa sits inside the shorter of those two lists, which is the plain reason this particular sack reaches this counter at all.
It matters where a specification was drawn up somewhere else. A make list written outside those two states can name Concreto Uno for a job without Nuvoco publishing the bag in that market, and the list belongs to Nuvoco and can move. The reference below is the one to open when a tender turns on it.

Beyond those two it does not appear on Nuvoco's published list, and that list belongs to Nuvoco and can change, so open the reference below before a tender turns on it. In Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura the only open question is whether a bag is on the floor that morning, and that answer comes on the phone.
Uno bhi wahi slag cement hai jo Concreto hai?
Yes, by Nuvoco's own classification. Nuvoco calls both Concreto and Concreto Uno premium slag cement, and gives the two of them the same setting times, initial within 150 to 200 minutes and final within 300. What it publishes differently is the water repellency for Uno and a shorter list of uses. The statutory type marked on the pack in front of you still governs the order.
Deewar ki chinai me Uno chalega?
Nuvoco does not list brickwork against Concreto Uno.
