Alaknanda TMT is a regional sariya name, and Jay Shree Infra sells it as a dealer and stockist from the shop on Meera Talkies Road in Saharsa, out to Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura. What to check
Read the bar, not the bundle
Every sariya on our rack from 8 mm up carries the mark, the letters rolled along the bar and, on a certified load, the test certificate. Those three tell you the grade and the mill on any name, Alaknanda included, and they are what to read before you sign for a delivery. What the mark covers, and the two small sizes the Quality Control Order leaves out, are set out on the TMT Bar (Sariya) page.
Fe 550 is a grade in IS 1786, and Alaknanda 550 is where this name and that grade meet. Give us the grade off the drawing with the diameter, and we confirm both against the tag before anything is loaded.
In a house build the grade and the diameter settle the order. On tendered work the file wants an approved make, so say the approved make on the call, and say whether papers have to travel with the material, before the order is fixed.

Where the job needs a maker written on paper, ask on the call for the test certificate that came in with the load, and read the letters rolled on the bar with us.
Alaknanda 550 likha dekha hai, wo alag maal hota hai?
Alaknanda 550 is the name the brand gives its 550 grade sariya, and Fe 550 is a grade in IS 1786 that your engineer may write on the drawing. Read us the grade off the drawing, and what is standing against it comes back on the same call, off the tag and the certificate.

Sariya on our rack runs 5.5 mm to 32 mm across brands, and which of those are standing under Alaknanda today is counted at the rack while you hold the line. Give us the diameter with the grade beside it. If what you want is short in this name we will say what else is standing, and you decide.
