Justdial shows 181 reviews on the same shop, also at 5.0. The date sits beside the figures because both keep moving, week to week.
An average is a blunt instrument. It tells you how a few hundred people felt on the day they typed, and nothing about whether the twelve millimetre sariya you want is standing on the rack this morning. Read four or five of the written ones instead. They carry more.

Behaviour comes up more often than material. How a man is spoken to at the counter, and how the delivery men conduct themselves when the vehicle reaches the gate. Price is the next thing named, then quality, then the fact that sariya, cement, chadra and the rest stand on one rack, so somebody pouring a chhat is not sent to three shops for one day's load.
The men who load the vehicle and take it out to the village are as much this shop as the man behind the counter, and the reviews treat them that way. A load that lands at the right count, handed over by somebody civil about it, is the part of an order a buyer still remembers a year on.
