ACC Plain is the ordinary ACC cement bag, the general purpose sack for house work. Jay Shree Infra keeps it at the Saharsa godown beside the two other ACC bags we stock, ACC F2R Superfast and ACC Gold Water Shield, and it leaves here in bori and in tonnes for Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura.
F2R carries Superfast under the brand line and Gold carries Water Shield; this sack carries the brand line alone, so the trade calls it plain. An order that arrives as four letters and nothing after them is an order for this bag. Everything else we stack in cement is listed on the cement page.
Pack and sale
Bori or tonne, and the sack says the rest
The pack is a bag and the sale is by the bori or by the tonne. Everything a slip needs beyond that, the cement type, the Indian standard and the net weight, is printed across the sack and gets read out on the call: an OPC bag carries IS 269 and its grade, 33, 43 or 53, a PPC bag carries IS 1489, and a slag cement bag carries IS 455.
Kis kaam me lagta hai
A general purpose cement: RCC, brick masonry, plaster, and the ordinary run of a house from footing to roof. It goes into commercial buildings and tender work as well, wherever the drawing asks for ACC without a named variant.
Bring the cement type your engineer wrote on the drawing, OPC or PPC and the grade, to the call. The bori count and the day of the pour settle which vehicle goes out, and the rest of how an order runs here is set out on how to order.
What a bare ACC order gets loaded with
On tender work this word will not do
An approved make list carries ACC's own product name and the bill has to end up carrying the same one, and ACC Plain is a counter name, not one ACC prints. Say it is tender work when you ring; the pack name, the cement type and the IS mark are read off the sack before the order goes in, so the bill and the make list match.
Saharsa me ACC Plain ka rate: say which bag
Three ACC sacks are three separate lines when a figure is being fixed, so a rate given against the brand alone would be a rate for whichever of them we had guessed at. Say which sack and whether it is bori or tonne, and today's figure for that one comes back on the same call, with the carriage worked out against the village.
Brand
One brand on this bag: ACC
The brand line on the sack says ACC, and ACC Limited is the company behind it.
Two more ACC bags stand beside this one, ACC F2R and ACC Gold, and all three are held together on the ACC brand page. Which of the three is up on the stack this morning gets counted on the phone, and not every bag is in every brand on a given day.

Questions
ACC Plain ke sawal
Order me sirf ACC likhwa diya to kaun si bori aayegi?
The plain sack, unless a second word came with it. F2R and Gold each carry a word of their own and this bag carries none, so four letters on a slip of paper land here. Where the job was specified for one of the other two, that word has to reach the paper before a vehicle is loaded.
Bori par OPC ya PPC kahan likha rehta hai?
In the statutory marking printed on the sack, with the IS number beside it: IS 269 and the grade, 33, 43 or 53, for OPC, and IS 1489 for PPC. Read it out with the count and we will hold it against the type on your drawing.
ACC Plain aur ACC Gold me kya farak hai?
Gold is ACC's own product name, published as ACC Gold Water Shield, and what ACC claims for that sack is on ACC's own page. Plain is the ordinary ACC bag with no second name on it. Which of the two a job wants is written on the drawing, and if it says Gold, say Gold on the call.
Bori khud utha le jayen to godown se mil jayegi?
Yes. The counter, the godown and the loading point are all one place on Meera Talkies Road, so a pickup and a delivery come off the same stack. Ring with the bag name and the count before you set out, and you will know on that call what is standing. Open every day, All 7 days, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Say the second word, or this is what loads
F2R has Superfast under it and Gold has Water Shield. This sack has no second word, so it is the one an ACC order reaches when nothing else is said. If a bag is already standing at your site, read out whatever is printed below the brand line and the next load is matched to it. Where nothing has been bought yet, the count, the village and the day of the pour are what we need.
