A sack of this cement can read Shree across the front or it can read Bangur, and one company makes both. Jay Shree Infra is a Shree Cement dealer in Saharsa and sends it out to Supaul and Madhepura as well. The company is Shree Cement Limited, and since the start of 2024 the name it puts across the sack is Bangur, which its own announcement calls the master brand for its complete range. Loading is at the one premises on Meera Talkies Road.
Say the bag name off your drawing or off the sack when you call, because not every Bangur name is in on a given day and we confirm what is standing. Every other cement name that comes through this godown sits on the cement page.
What we keep
Shree Cement, by the bag and by the tonne
One product under this maker: bagged cement, ordered by the name across the sack.
Bangur's own list runs to seven cement names, Magna, Powermax, Rockstrong, Marble, Roofon Plus, Shree Jungrodhak and Shree Bangur TOTAL, with waterproofing products beside them. Not every one of the seven is in this godown on a given day. Say the name off the drawing or off the sack and you will hear what is here against it.
One maker, two names
Bangur went across the sack in 2024
Bangur is the brand Shree launched at the beginning of 2024, and its own announcement, dated 4 January that year, puts the whole product range under that single name. Both the company site and the Bangur brand site carry Shree Cement Limited in the footer.
The word Shree did not leave the bags either. Two of the seven names on Bangur's own list still carry it, Bangur Shree Jungrodhak and Shree Bangur TOTAL, and the other five open on Bangur. For a house pour none of that changes what goes in the mixer. It matters where a job is tendered, because the make named on the paper and the name on your bill have to be the same words.
Each bag's work
Bangur names each bag for the work
On Bangur's own product pages every name is listed against work. Magna is put against slabs, columns and foundations. Shree Jungrodhak is put against plastering, brickwork and flooring.
The cement type that governs your pour is marked on the sack with its IS number beside it: OPC to IS 269, PPC to IS 1489, PSC to IS 455. Shree makes OPC, PPC, PSC and composite cement, in bags and loose in bulkers. Read the type off the sack or off your drawing on the call and we match the bag to it.
Inside the shed
A red board at the back of our shed
The photograph of the shed on our gallery page has a red Shree Cement board on the back wall with the firm's own name above it in white, and rows of sariya on the floor in front of it.
Which Bangur bag is standing under that board this week is answered on the call, and the answer moves with the week.

Questions
Bangur aur Shree ke sawal
Shree Cement aur Bangur do alag company hain kya?
One company. Shree Cement Limited makes both, and Bangur is the master brand it launched at the start of 2024 for its whole range. Its own announcement of that is dated 4 January 2024, and the company name still sits in the footer of the Bangur site.
Magna, Jungrodhak, Roofon: in me se kaun si bori aapke yahan hai?
Not every one of the seven Bangur names is in on a given day, so today's answer is the call. Say the one your drawing or your mistri has asked for and you will hear what is standing against it, and whether the sack will read Shree or Bangur across the front.
Shree ki bori OPC hai ya PPC, ye kahan dekhein?
On the sack. The cement type is marked there with the IS number it conforms to, OPC to IS 269, PPC to IS 1489, PSC to IS 455, and that marking is what a drawing or an approved make list is matched against. Shree makes OPC, PPC, PSC and composite cement, and the Bangur product pages name each bag by the work it is listed for.
Thodi bori ke liye bhi gaadi bhijwa dete hain?
Yes, whatever quantity is feasible for the route. Our own tempo, tractor or truck goes to all 34 blocks of Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura, and which of the three is sent follows the load and the last stretch of road. Carriage is at market rates. Put the sariya and the tar for the same pour on the same call.

Read us the sack, Shree or Bangur
Tell us the word across the front of the sack or the make on your drawing, the bag name after it, the number of bags and the block. Shree and Bangur both land on the same maker, and the bori goes out on our own vehicle to all 34 blocks of the three districts; cement and sariya usually ride out together, and whether the sariya is billed by the piece or by weight is worth asking on the same call.
